Not sure what changed but we put it back together one fastener at a time checking the movement and it was OK.
That was nice as it saved some work.
Then it was time to install the shade.

We took apart the new Peek-A-Boo Privacy Shutter to see how much to cut the opening for the slider and while playing with the blind slide it seemed to work OK.
Not sure what changed but we put it back together one fastener at a time checking the movement and it was OK.
