We did some routering on a refer and freezer lid. Both went into place and they both sit just a little low to the countertop. Neither have the lid seals on the refer or freezer so it is hard to tell but we suspect it will not matter. They will sit a little low. We can adjust this by adding to the seal.

It is nice to see the countertop coming back (Debbie).
This lid is the back (stern) portion of the freezer lids. It has a piece of wood the holds the forward lid in place. That piece of wood needs to come off so this lid can be routered. The screws came out without a lot of work and today we knocked off the glued-on piece of wood with a hammer and chisel. Now to router the edges and trim the wood to fit the routered edges.
