Owen our shipwright finished off the teak cockpit grate. We will take credit for the design and Owen gets credit for the craftsman ship in making the grate. Owen did a fine job.
Next we will coat it a few times with "Teak Wonder".

This grate makes a nice flow from the teak and holly sole through the cockpit. When standing in the boat and looking into the cockpit the grate takes away the glare of the gel coat and makes a nice finished look. It feels nice on the feet as each board is a bit beveled on the edges.
