Rewiring the shunt and house battery terminals - 2020

Well, it ended up being more than just a shunt rewire we did. The wiring we did before we can now see was not entirely correct on the shunt. We still got good Volts data on our Link 2000  but amp hours remaining and other data were off. We mainly use volts. Such as 12.32 volts means our batteries are at 70% so not to let them get any lower!
August 2020 - We are currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico
This is a duel shunt. We had two sets of twisted pair on the shunt. Both on the same side of the shunt but on different places on the shunt.
This also needs to use the shunt and the twisted pair.
PowerBar600A BusBar - Four 3/8"-16 Studs We put three connections onto each stud.
This took a lot of wire tie cutting and re-snaking some negative wires around.
Some wires got relocated on the negative buses. Another day we will re-fasten the wires and connect the Air Breeze wind generator.

On our old MASTERVOLT house batteries we had two terminal posts for each positive and negative ends.
Our old MASTERVOLT house batteries AGM batteries had the two posts. We were able to use one for the Air Breeze wind generator. Not now with the new wet cells we had to get in Bahia de Navidad. So we are doing the rewiring on some of it to accommodate the new shunt setup and the Air Breeze wind generator.
Our fairly new LTH golf cart batteries are wet cells but are easy to get here and way le$$! So we need to set up the house battery bank for LTH batteries and there terminals. That includes battery cable ends that fit the different size posts etc.

Messing with the twisted pair on the Link 2000 setup.
This all was too hard to do during the cruising season and there was not the resources we have now here in Puerto Vallarta.
