Spare bronze prop washer and prop key made - 2020

We had the machine shop make up a spare bronze prop washer and a spare prop key.

Now we have a complete set of spares in case we should lose the prop as almost happened in Tenacatita.September 2020 - We are currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico (by Puerto Vallarta)

When we installed the bronze washer, nuts and cotter pin 

on the propeller shaft in the boatyard.

The bronze washer works with these nuts or the cone "D" zinc setup below.

And the measurements are:

ID .8955

Thick .2870

Key is 

One side .3130

The other side .3125 so +\- .005 thousands

Length 1.9595 so say 1.97 or even 2"

We tried the key in the slot on the shaft and it was just a bit tight but it did slip in. A little nude may be needed.
