The "micro balloons".

The sandpaper disks for the sanding phase.

First they took the West Systems resin and brushed it on some of the blisters, seals them.

Then for a lot of the blisters they needed to mix the West Systems resin with the micro balloons and fill them that way. Then they get sanded and feathered in.
