Our prop nut and zinc anode holder is missing!

2020 - We are currently anchored in Tenacatita Mexico 
I am holding the "D" zinc next to the shaft. Went down to clean the bottom and noticed the missing parts!
Here you can see the eye end of the cotter pin is bent over. The other end is missing.
This is "Don's" (of s/v Grasshopper, Foggers member with a 1981 Islander Freeport 36 ft) old two blade prop on his Islander Freeport sailboat showing us the zinc setup. The circled item is what we are missing.
