Debbie cut a bunch of templates for the fiberglass and we cut a bunch of fiberglass tape for the corners. We were planning on putting on the tape on each side and then putting the larger piece of fiber glass on over the side and tape.

Hard to see but there is fiberglass covering that separator panel.
We did this on the separator panel in the middle of the refer\freezer side and it proved too difficult. The epoxy was setting us some and getting sticky pulling fiberglass threads out and we could see it would turn into a real mess if we did it this way anymore. We had to cut a few threads off with scissors and we OK but it was not a best practice.
We then decide to mix up another batch of epoxy and put in all the tape. Then next time we will add the fiberglass panels Debbie cut out.
We also added a piece of tape to the underside of the top to see how it would work. I forgot to evaluate it so it is still a question but it looked good at the time J
It will be as we can see it now, about three more applications of fiberglass before we are done with the refer.
- Fiberglas in the pre-cut templates of fiberglass on the side walls
- Fiberglass in the underside of the top (may take two times)
- Fiberglass around the hatch openings
Hinze came by and saw we were short on bubbles for the freezer side and had some extra from when he built his refer\ freezer and gave us some.
