Air Breeze wind generator amp gauge installed to the left.
Never have we had a amp gauge for the Air Breeze wind generator.
I thought it might be nice to see the actual amps it puts out so I installed one. We had ordered this through Amazon and it was brought down while we were in Chapala, Mexico.
January 2019 -We are
currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico (by Puerto Vallarta)
First, I used the template to setup the spot for the gauge, marked it up
and drilled a pilot hole then checked it out and drilled the big hole. .

And the hole is drilled.
This two strand wire we used for an electric dinghy pump that would reach the bow.
We no longer use the electric pump as we found it was not needed.

So, I stripped some wire from it (it will hold 30 amps) and will use it
for the Air Breeze wind generator amp gauge.
for the Air Breeze wind generator amp gauge.
Ok the amp gauge is in place now.
The gauge tucked away in the corner.
We were thinking of placing it here but at some point
we are going to replace the electrical panels and thought the gauge
might be in the way. We have tried to test it but we do not get much wind
at the dock. We did have the gauge moving in some wind
about two amps so it seems to be wired correctly.
.The wire to the amp gauge comes from the Air Breeze wind generator.
Both wires are positive, they just measure the current passing through the gauge.
The wire coming out of the the amp gauge goes to this positive buss.
