Yes, when we installed our Air Breeze wind generator we did not get an AMP gauge. However, it really has never mattered. We can tell if the batteries are getting a charge or not. We have been curious at times though and so now we can tell exactly how many charging amps the batteries are getting. Of course, we need to install it sometime before it tells us anything😁
