New shackle test video on CQR - 2019

This is a test of launching and retrieving our 45 lb CQR anchor with the new 5\8," 1\2" shackles and the 3\8 swivel on it with 3\8 Acco chain. 
 We have a Lewmar H3 Anchor Windlass.
