Ajijic Balloon Festival - 2018

Debbie at the Ajijic Balloon Festival .

All the balloons are made from paper. There were no fire people there and no cops either. The event was free but we did give a donation. There was no trouble at all and everyone seemed to have a great time. This Ajijic Balloon Festival goes on every year.

Ajijic Balloon Festival 

Teams of local businesses & families spend days constructing elaborate paper hot-air balloons for this end-of-summer event.

This one, like a lot of others, burnt up on take off.

 Yep this crashed inot the power lines and one went pow! and a big flash occurred. Things just went on as before. Lots of oos and ouss.
