Update - after about two months of emails and phone calls and a dispute with PayPal over the payment (which they marinepartdepot won by proving shipment) Debbie finally got a live person on the phone. They said and have shipped or re-shipped the items. Ya!
I think after all this though that Keystone Brothers is a less expensive place to purchase the bimini hardware.
