Spare impeller for our Beta 38 hp diesel motor. - 2022

Johnson Pumps 09-810B-1 Impeller Kit

Grabbed another spare impeller for our Beta Marine 38 hp diesel motor. Not sure how many we have in our spares - some old ones for spares but even if we have a couple of new ones one more will not hurt.

 Again, easy to get in the US, not so on the mainland in Mexico. We also have a spare raw water pump after learning that lesson! You know what they say, "you never regret the money you spent on the boat when you out at sea, only the money you didn't spend!". We usually replace our impeller every year. We have never had to dig through the heat exchanger for impeller parts on the Beta Marine 38 and have never had an impeller problem. When we had the Perkins, we did not replace the impeller each year and one broke up on us, it was not fun digging out the pieces from the cooling system! On our Beta it is easier to replace the impeller also. PN 09-810B-1 Johnson Pump
