We are house sitting in San Diego, California
This got good reviews for bottom cleaning. I am only down about six feet max (5 1/2 ft draft). There is also a hack if I want to change the pressure from our Dewalt six-gallon pancake air compressor which will easily put out 120 psi pressure.
"It breathed extremely well at "out of the box" at 120psi, and not much different than my $400 regulator. However, as the plan was to use this with a relatively small battery operated compressor, I wanted to see if I could get it to work at a lower pressure to reduce heat / stress on the compressor. By popping off the small cap opposite the hose inlet, and using a 5mm socket, I was able to adjust the spring tension, and got it to breathe very well at only 60psi."
It is nice to have the freedom to clean the bottom whenever we want at anchor and especially before passages! Also, it can be fun, now if La Nina would hold off this year with the cold water!
