Got half of the Starboard 2017 Atlas EXTRA Starlite 12’0″ x 36″ sanded. Used 80 grit then 120 grit to remove the paint. Using a DeWalt Random Orbit Sander. Then went over the area with wet 320 by hand.

It is coming along good. I will be ordering some resin and hardener from Manzanillo (over an hour drive away) and having it delivered to the local surf shop (NorthSwell) here in Barra. I can use it also for some scupper repair on our boat (s\v Elegant'sea), Sailed by Chip and Debbie Willis). Today is Sunday and we take the day off from projects. Monday, possibly, I can sand some more but we are going for our second Covid shot so who knows.
