Outside varnishing coming along - 2021

Currently we are varnishing this upper grab rail and finishing off some sections of the caprail. Soon we will start the lower longer grab rails.

February 2021 -Anchored Tenacatita

This upper deck grab rail is finished. Six coats from bare wood. We need to strip the old Sikkens Cetol first from the grab rails.

It would have been nice if Islander Yachts had made the non skid deck flat by the grab rails. Some boats are done that way. It helps to prevent skinning of he knuckles when gabbing the rails and of course with varnishing!
