First we removed the old tarp covering the cockpit and then the Sunbrella coverings Debbie made for the winch and stern running light etc. Debbie had done some re-stitching of the Bimini a few weeks ago.

Nice to get the old tarps off. They make the boat dark and they wear out late in the summer and fall apart. We are hoping to get the last part of our boat cover made next Summer that covers the cockpit. No need to remove the Bimini as the cover will protect it from the weather.
All done - even put up the stern shade that attaches to the bimini. You can see our newly replaced Caframo "Ultimate" 2-SpeedFan. We did a bit of re-wiring of them this year also.
Nice! Got some side shade up too😎
