Teak helm seat arms mounted! - 2020

This has been an ongoing project. The arms are now ready to use though. The old arms are off the boat and that's good. This project started about 5 years ago.
March 2020 - We are currently anchored in Las Hadas in Manzanillo Bay, Mexico
Lining up and fitting the arm.
I marked this with the drill bit then removed them and drilled. The blue tape marked the depth as it was close to the other side. I used two drill bits. A pilot and then the size needed for the screws.
We do have some of these drill bit stoppers but they are old and are not the right size so they slip around. It was easier to use blue tape and be carefull.
Here is a stop and I added blue tape to hold it.
The holes go close to the other side. The other side will have a strip of rubber over it but in any case will go through if we do not need to.

A couple of wood clamps holding the arm in place.
Hay it works!
Wa La - done with those and they work.
Now for the inside rubber. Again used two drill bits.
Old and new.
Now the other side.
Same process.

All done!
