We inflated the Solstice Trekker Duo kayak with two seats for the first test.

Turned this way it sits better on the racks. We are going to contact a welder to see if he cares to make us a set less than we can have them shipped to our daughter's in San Diego (new set from Garhauer). If so we will add 2" to the width for easier access on mounting the Solstice Trekker Duo kayak and for putting on the cover.
Too may toys and not enough space 😀
As for the cover we bought, it is two short by a few inches and needs some fabric on the one side to cover the rest of it. We like the cover design and so Debbie is going to take care of the alterations as soon as we find some fabric.
We do have some extra Sunbrella and may make a paddle board cover with it but are looking to get some of the same fabric as the kayak cover for the paddle board cover.
The welder is coming by tomorrow so we are gathering some Spanish words for talking points.
