There were a bunch of places that the fiberglass tape did not sit flat so air got under it making bubbles.
March 2011 - Currently At Marina Cortez Harbor Island, San Diego, CA We used the dremel at first to cut away those areas but decide on a knife instead. Then we sanded the areas and then applied resin to them. Then we re fiber glassed the areas. Not all have gotten done yet but all have been cut away except for some real small one.
This all happened on the sharp edges. So the bottom line is have everything made into a radius when fiber glassing.
