30 amp breaker gang box

 Picked up a couple face plates for the gang box at HD and tried them out. It is a no go as they have a metal plate on the back side. I pried one off and then the wood was too thin to modify without it breaking. So going with the plywood seemed to be the answer. I just decided to take the time and make the plywood cover as doing the alternatives was eating up too much time. 
 With the plywood face plate made it was time to paint it and to paint the 1” to ¾” adapters as they will rust up if not painted. Then we put the 30 amp breaker in the gang box.

The hole we made by drilling out a bunch of holes and then using a jig saw to cut the rest out.

 The drill used was one Hinze got out of the dumpster at the marina and gave to me. Comes in handy!
