They are IMO COL REG, USCG, RINA (I) ABYC A-16 Certified.
They are 2" wide which is the slimiest ones we could find. That means they should fit on our cap rail better tha the others.
We also like the no hassle black finish. SS will corrode in time and not knowing what quality it is makes it even worse.
