Bill, who crewed with us, slept here the days before and after the overnight passages..
During our overnight passages, he slept on the settee unopened. Bill has a C&C Landfall 39' sailboat- another Robert Perry design. He wanted overnight-sailing experience and living-on-the-hook experience so he crewed with us from Bahia de Navidad to Zihuatanejo Mexico.
February 2020 - We are currently anchored in Zihuatanejo Mexico
This is how the settee normally looks on our 36' Islander Freeport sailboat.
We can get for and aft while the double bed is in use.
To begin with, we were anchored in the Bahia de Navidad Lagoon.
Bill took a bus down from Puerto Vallarta to join up with us.
Here he is, ordering from the "French Baker" - a treat in the Barra area!
We made it! Here's proof...Bill in front of the Zihuatanejo sign!!
