August 2018- s\v Elegant'sea is currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico
August 2018- We are currently in Ajijic which is a town
by Lake Chapala ,Mexico; we are pet/house sitting.
This will allow me to flush out the Mermaid Marine Air HVAC systems. The salt water cooling side of the HVAC system needs to get flushed with acid once a year or in our case twice a year as we summer over in a marina which is part estuary.
We can change the hse barb on the pump to 1\2 inch and use a 1\2 garden hose to go directly to the HVAC units as that is the size they use. Also, if we want, we can run this from the "fresh water rinse" side of the thru hull valve and then we will go from the through hull valve, through the sea strainer and March pump and then the HVAC unit. So a good rinse to keep the cold air coming 😎
