Fresh water pump installation.

We decide the fresh water pump that was on the boat (the original one) was too loud and too old for us to keep. We bought a SHURFLO Extreme Series Smart Sensor Water Pump – Extreme™ Smart Sensor 5.7 Fresh Water Pump 12 VDC - 5.0 gal a minute. We added a Shurflow strainer in between the pump and the water tanks. It is not quite as quite as we would like (complete silence) but it is nice. It certainly pumps out the water.

Note:
The SHURFLO Extreme Series Smart Sensor Water Pump does NOT work with an accumulator tank. SHURflo says it will damage the pump.
