New Sta-Plugs Mini purchased - 2022

 On a trip to Marine Exchange the other day we picked up a couple packs of these through hull plugs. one pack for our mechanic "Luise" and one for us. We (luise, his sun and a diver) recently replaced a 1/2 inch through hull and valve.

We used the big solid rubber plug we had. it was too big, and we had to cut it up, even so it wanted to float out. They made it work. We replaced the through hull and valve while in the water and it is below the water line. We have done this ourselves before, installed them in the water but this time had it done.

So, we decided these are more practical for our 36-foot boat. Our largest through hull is 1 1/2 inches. We also have wooden plugs.
