EasyStart™ 364 to Mermaid Electrical box wiring detailed - 2018

Before we touched the Run Cap. We determined that the “C” terminal was the one on the right with three wires on it.  The HERM is on the left.

October 2018 - s\v Elegant'sea is currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico (by Puerto Vallarta)
We are now currently in Riberas (Riberas del Pilar) which is a neighborhood in Lake Chapala, Mexico pet/house sitting.

Please excuse any spelling errors in the pictures😁
We removed the Start Cap two black wires.
We put the White wire from the EasyStart™364 onto the “C” terminal of the Run Cap.

We also removed the white wire going to the wiring harness that goes to the “R” of the compressor and spliced the brown wire from EasyStart™364 to it.
The original white wire on the “C” terminal which goes to the “R” on the compressor we spliced (plugged) into the brown wire from EasyStart™364.
We removed two black wires from the Start Cap.
The instruction we used above said to “Connect the white wire shown in Blue from EasyStart to the “C” terminal which we did.
Because we are not at the boat we could not trace any wires to the compressor.
So that takes care of the “C” terminal on the Run Cap.

Now for the “HERM” terminal on the Run Cap.
That concludes the “HERM” terminal.
Now for the EasyStart™364 O.L end splice.

The last two wires, black and red that go into the wiring harness come from the Freon High\Low switch. These you do not use.

There is another Black wire that goes into the wiring harness and that goes to the COM L1 terminal in the electrical box. No need to splice here. We put a forked solderless terminal end on the EasyStart™364 black wier and placed it in the COM L1 terminal. Whis means Compressor L1 and that black wire that is on that terminal goes to the compressor, and leave it there. When you are done there will be two black wires screwed to the COM L1 terminal, one from EasyStart™364 and the one that was there.
Put the EasyStart™364 black wire on this Com L1 terminal.
Black EasyStart™364 to COM L1.
Compressor with the cover removed. We did jump this Compressor Safety Overload to test the switch but it works fine.
And of course we had paw help from one of the pets "Gris" we are sitting for here in Riberas which is a neighborhood in Lake Chapala, Mexico
