Portable Cleat that we made we copied from our dive here in Mazatlán - 2017

We liked this idea for our Ocean Kayak Malibu Two or our Achilles LSI-310E dinghy.
We made ours and it works here at these slips great, The buoy is to protect you toes if you kick it.
