If you want to get a mooring ball or just anchor in Old Harbor then you would want to use this dinghy dock.

Our new VW Jetta gets an oil change. Test of the lube center
Middle of April 2017 - Tied up in Marina Mazatlán, Mexico
We took our new 2008 VW Jetta to the Pemex station down the street from Soriana on Rafael Buelna and Fco. Solis in the neighborhood of Pancho Villa.
This is a nice place and does lots of services we want to get done. We want to have all the fluids changed - brake, transmission etc. We wanted to test out the place first to see if we could like it. This place was recommended by Robert, the local who helped us buy the car.

Well I did not realize the stack tube could leak from the inside to the salt water but yes it can. This was a surprise.
Debbie glued up a flat fender needing repair
Beginning of February 2017 - Tied up in Marina Mazatlán, Mexico
We had ordered two of these flat fenders for our Achilles LSI-310E dinghy. For some reason this one came un-glued. The top layer on each side came off. The brand is probably here on the blog from when we purchased them. Probably from me kneeling on it all the time doing boat projects 😖 Still, they should hold up to that, you think?
Debbie glued the tops back on and re-installed the lines.
Now we are carrying around a fender we can use again!
