Windlass Hand-held wired remote replacement purchased - 2025

We purchased a new wired hand-held remote for our Lewmar H3 windlass from Ebay.

s/v Elegant'sea ⛵ in Marina de La Paz, ⛱️ La Paz BCS (Baja), Mexico 🇲🇽 Chip & Debbie 💑 house sitting, in San Diego, California. 

Our old remote stopped working. It got a bit incremental as you would push a button and it would or would not work, then it died. I have dropped it from time to time which probibly did not help. I took it appart but there is only a circuit board and it seemed fine. So we got a new one. I like it better than the foot switches.
